Personal details such as name, address and contact details are stored within the online shop and are used solely for the purposes of supplying, despatching items ordered through this online shop. Fufilled orders (and the associated data) will be deleted from the system once the audit of annual accounts has been completed and signed off (generally sign off is achieved by 1st July following the previous financial year). You may request a copy of the information held by us through the contact form below or by writing to us (address above) marking your letter for the attention of the Data Protection Officer.
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
